We are hiring a Leasing Consultant for Regency Towers in Philadelphia, PA. A qualified Leasing Consultant consists of a strong background of sales, customer service, achieving goals and measurable results. The role of a Leasing Consultant includes managing the completion of sales, presenting apartments and communities, overcoming objections, building strong relationships, providing excitement in the process and comfortable working in a busy atmosphere. The Leasing Consultant requires strong communication, sales, customer service, and organizational skills as well as basic computer skills and attention to detail. Prior experience in leasing is preferred, but not required. A high school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree or some college coursework desirable.
