Member Services Specialist with Behavioral Health experience to support our member's needs. This is a busy & dynamic Call Center. You must live within 1.5 hours from our Robbinsville, NJ office.

Responsibilities:

Member Services Specialists are the first point of contact for youth, families/caregivers and providers accessing the System of Care. They are responsible for answering all calls within a specific service level agreement and completing the registration process as well as managing questions from treatment providers. Member Services Specialists determine the appropriate routing of a call and attempts to be the first point of resolution. This position is also responsible for maintaining consistent procedures and providing outstanding customer service.

Education/Experience:

``` - High Diploma/GED required. - Associate's Degree (AS) preferred. - 1-2 years experience with an Associate's Degree, and/or 2-3 years experience with only High School/GED. - Call Center technologies, Customer Service, Behavioral Health, Managed Care, Human Services, Electronic Health Records skills preferred. - Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing. - Ability to respond sensitively to youth, families/caregivers, and providers needs. - Skilled wiht Microsoft software applications required.

Other:

  • This is 2nd Shift position with rotating holidays, and we provide a competitive pay with differential.
  • 100% remote working arrangement. Occasional commute to the Robbinsville, NJ office will be required.
  • You must live within 1.5 hours (90 minutes) from our Robbinsville, NJ office.
  • Qualified candidates with bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are welcomed.
  • This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
