DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Pricing Manager - Trade Programs

About the Role Essity North America is looking for and experienced Pricing Manager for our Trade Program. You will be responsible for the review, analysis, and recommendation process for existing and new programs, partnering closely with Sales in a cross-functional environment. You will oversee and coordinate the team's tasks covering contracts, payment processes, reporting and analysis, audits, system implementation, and process improvements. You will be part of the global harmonization and standardization processes and actively contribute to developing and implementing the BU Trade Programs strategy to support BU commercial success.

The ideal candidate should/could live in Philadelphia, PA or Appleton, WI.

What You Will Do * Act as a Business Partner and Key Contact for the Professional Hygiene North America Leadership Team, Sales Directors, and Sales Managers to maximize returns on customer incentive programs. * Lead and manage a team of analysts, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. * Lead and coordinate the annual program process, including setting guidelines, scenario analysis, evaluation of potential payouts, program recommendations, and the approval process. * Oversee contract execution and administration, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory policies. * Act as the "voice of reason" and constructively challenge Sales Leadership to ensure that solid decisions are made in the best interest of the company. * Drive initiatives to create a harmonized and global Trade Programs structure and process. * Exercise governance over the accrual process, timeline, and risk assessment. * Oversee and coordinate the rebate management system implementation and process improvements. * Drive the development of enhanced reporting to track program and promotion activities. * Promote the use of advanced analytics to support data-driven decisions with greater business impact. * Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as required.

Who You Are * A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. * Extensive experience in trade programs, sales operations, or a related field. * Experience in contract management and compliance. * Minimum 5 years in financial and/or business analysis and reporting. * Proven leadership skills and the ability to develop team members; experience in leading a team is preferred. * Strong communicator with the ability to interact effectively with leaders at all levels. * Executional excellence and a drive for business results. * Experience in cross-functional and global matrix organizations * Strong analytical skills to drive improvements. * Proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL and Power BI is an advantage.
