Job Description/Essential Functions:

Horizon House, Inc. is a nationally recognized provider of services to adults with support needs due to developmental disabilities, behavioral health issues, and substance abuse. Horizon House is Pennsylvania's oldest psychiatric rehabilitation agency. Since 1952, we have been dedicated to helping people with mental illness, drug and alcohol addictions, developmental/intellectual disabilities, and homelessness to stabilize their lives and to help them live as independently as possible in the community. With over 100 locations throughout South and North Eastern Pennsylvania and the state of Delaware, Horizon House provides services to a diverse population focusing on individual strength and choice.

We are seeking a qualified Project Coordinator to support our IST department. Some of the responsibilities include:

Project coordinator will administer and organize all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans. Work closely with our Director to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintain project documentation and handling financial queries. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you'll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. Ultimately, the Project Coordinator's duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.

Job Qualifications:

A successful applicant will have the following:

Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role Experience in project management, from conception to delivery An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step by step action plans. Solid organization skills, including multitasking and time management Strong client facing and teamwork skills Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner Hands on experience with project management tools (e.g. Basecamp or Trello) BSc in Business Administration or related field PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus. Scope: Required sitting for long periods of time. Light lifting and/or carrying, not to exceed 25 lbs.
