Our Philadelphia, PA office is seeking a Project Manager with experience in developing, executing, implementing, and managing water/wastewater/stormwater infrastructure projects. You will work alongside other professional engineers on water and wastewater projects located in our offices in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland.

Responsibilities include these: Manage and execute work on wastewater, stormwater, and water utilities planning, design, and construction projects. Projects may include water distribution and treatment, wastewater collection and treatment, pipeline and pump station rehabilitation and stormwater. Manage project teams in planning and/or designing engineering projects supervising and coordinating several varied assignments simultaneously. Establish and periodically review scope, schedule and budgets for projects and reviewing progress against a baseline. Perform non-routine and complex assignments involving responsibility for a complete project of limited scope or a portion of a larger and more diverse project. Apply intensive/diversified knowledge of engineering/scientific principals/practices in broad areas of assignment and related fields.

The ideal candidate will have the following: B.S. degree in civil or environmental engineering required. M.S. degree in civil or environmental engineering is a plus. 7-15 years of progressive experience in water-related projects: planning, execution, and cost estimation. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including technical report writing. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6, and GIS software. Registration as a Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania or the ability to obtain within 12 months of employment.
