Job Description Summary

Penn Racquet Sports is searching for a reliable, detail oriented, energetic front desk assistant for both Tennis and Squash Centers. Must be computer savvy with excellent customer service. Tennis or Squash knowledge is a plus yet not required.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries about memberships, private lessons, clinics, programs, junior clinics, and summer camp.

  • Process payments accurately and efficiently.

  • Assist members with navigating and utilizing the facility's app.

  • Greet customers warmly and create a positive first impression.

  • Continuously provide excellent customer service to address member needs and questions.

  • Manage reservations for tennis courts, ensuring an organized schedule.

  • Efficiently check in both visitors and members.

  • Handle administrative tasks, such as data entry and record keeping.

  • Oversee opening and closing procedures for the facility.

  • Ensure a welcoming and organized front desk area.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

  • Customer service experience is a plus.

  • Familiarity with tennis and sports facilities is beneficial.
