DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: What you'll be doing * As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of anichemarket, enabling you to: * Identify new clients and business relationships within a range of companies * Own, develop, and maintain strong working relationships with new and existing accounts * Build a network of highly sought-after IT professionals relevant to your market * Manage theentirerecruitment life cycle for both candidates and clients, including attraction, placement, and post-placement care * Carve a niche for yourself by developing industry knowledge and becoming the go-to recruiter for your market
What we're looking for * 3+ years of previous experience in a180- or360-recruitment role * A successful track record of delivering consistent personal results * Self-motivated, driven and resilient individuals with an ongoing desire to improve and advance in their career * Fluency in written and spoken English * Applicants must have legal authorization to live and work in the US
