Together we will achieve our mission to enhance the health and well-being of the people and communities we serve. * Review business requirements and translate them into system requirements.  Work with technical teams on system enhancement, perform testing, and report on results. * Contribute to technological implementation, data transfer, validation of results, implementation of controls, insuring that Federal, State, and CMS compliance standards are met, reporting on performance of system, and monitoring system results (user activity).   Provide input into development of processes. * Partner with sales and marketing teams, vendors, and users to ensure best user experience and management issues and enhancements. * Support Software Vendor or internal Developers to implement system fixes and/or upgrades, conduct system testing, and communicate changes/updates to users, and schedule updates to the system. * Respond to inquiries (email or phone) from internal and external sales partners with subject matter expertise on system capabilities by maintaining in-depth knowledge of the system, sales channels, and related processes. * Resolves and responds to communicates resolution in a clear, accurate, and timely manner. * Responsible for updating comprehensive written procedure and identify improvements to refine system processes. * Demonstrate abilities to prioritize duties and to meet deadlines, with a critical focus on delivering accurate and timely information. * Serve as a consultant and subject matter expert to all relevant stakeholders. * Support team and other functional areas to identify business needs and process improvements as well as resolving business problems impacting capability delivery.  * Understand technology capabilities and its ability to enhance productivity and improve work processes. * Conduct periodic reviews and quality checks to ensure processes consistently meet end-user needs. * Support the development of coherent communication plans and procedural documentation in advance of process changes. * Take on ad hoc assignments as determined by management. * Operate independently to achieve objectives and escalate issues and risks to management.

QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Health Administration, Marketing, or other related fields, or equivalent work experience. * 3 to 5 years of work experience * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to stay on task and complete assignments timely. * Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced environment. * Able to work independently and with cross-functional, cross-level groups. * Critical thinking skills with the ability to use logic and reasoning to identify deficiencies or other concerns. * Ability to understand the bigger picture and how people, processes, and technology connect. * Good verbal and written communications skills. * Skilled in Microsoft Dynamics. * Skilled in the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
