FirstService Residential Valet/Door Attendant in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Job Overview:Â Â

As a Valet Associate, you’ll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.  Meets and greets residents and provides guidance and assistance to meet the needs of residents, tenants and guests as well as park owner, guest and associate vehicles in the garage utilizing the garage car elevator.Â

Â

Your Responsibilities:Â Â

  • Greet and open the doors for residents andÂ
  • Park owner, guest and associate cars utilizing the garage car elevatorsÂ
  • Respond to all requests in a courteous, professional manner at all timesÂ
  • Assist homeowners in and out of vehicles as well as all valet requestsÂ
  • Communicate regularly with concierge regarding important resident informationÂ

  • Provide directions to local parks, restaurants, airports,Â

  • Call for taxi, limo service as neededÂ
  • Exhibit a positive and professional attitude and maintain professional appearance as outlined by Association and company policyÂ
  • Proactively assist with packages andÂ
  • Report maintenance or cleaning requirements to managementÂ

  • Assist concierge during busy periods and break times, as neededÂ

  • Assist with trash removal as neededÂ
  • Assist with dog walking for residents, asÂ
  • Report all resident concerns and complaints to concierge or managementÂ
  • Assist with snow shoveling and ice melt applicationÂ

  • Assist with placing and removing temporary walk off mats before and after rain and snow eventsÂ

Â

Skills & Qualifications:Â Â

  • High school diploma or equivalencyÂ
  • Two (2) years of customer service experienceÂ

  • Valid drivers’ license and satisfactory driving recordÂ

  • Effective written and verbal communicationÂ
  • Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills requiredÂ
  • Assist with placing and removing temporary walk off mats before and after rain and snow events Â

As a full-time exempt associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits to include your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, vision, and others. In addition, you will be eligible for time off benefits, paid holidays and a 401k with company match. Occasional travel may be required to attend training and other company functions. Â

$16.00 - $18.00/hourÂ
