Insight Global Arizona Project Manager in Phoenix, Arizona

Job Description

Our client is looking for a Project Management professional to support their modernization initiative. They have 2M customers identified that qualify for paperless invoices (have an account and email set up) but are not enrolled in paperless. The client plans to roll out an initiative to transfer these customers into paperless by March 1st, 2025. In doing so, they need an ambitious Project Manager to coordinate with marketing, legal, IT, and 3rd party vendors to ensure a successful transition. They will prepare and support a pilot group of customers for the roll out with the hopes to implement this company-wide in March of 2025.

Skills and Requirements

Project Management experience partnering with cross functional teams in business, finance, marketing, IT, etc.

 Ability to push along projects in a timely manner and ability to quickly pick up on the scope of the project.

 Good communication skills to elicit quick response times from key stakeholders.

 Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, and Clarity PPM (CA PPM). Diverse in industry experience- financial services, healthcare, utilities, etc. null
