Provide clinical expertise within the Information Systems team toward the continual development and maintenance of the EHR and integrated systems and software. Accountable for activities related to analysis, design, planning, implementation, troubleshooting and technical support, training, and process improvement. This position acts as the primary liaison between providers and the EHR. Assist with priority EHR initiatives and coordinates with cross-functional teams and resources to ensure a cohesive EHR system for the enterprise. Develop technical training programs, create educational opportunities, and train staff on EHR related workflows, templates, and processes. Report to the Director of Informatics and is a member of the Informatics team.
