This Customer Service Representative opportunity is located in Phoenix, Arizona, and is a long-term contract / contract engagement. The position will be based in a dynamic, rapidly-changing call center.
Your responsibilities
May support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers
Deliver outstanding, friendly customer service in a timely fashion
Manage incoming telephone calls
Receive and send written business correspondence Requirements - 2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired
Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers
Microsoft Office knowledge required
Strong customer service and office administrative skills
Sound written and verbal communication skills
A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism
Hands-on experience with Interpersonal Communication
Experience with Interpersonal Relationships
Demonstrated knowledge of complaints
Good understanding of Claim Administration
Foundational knowledge in Merchandising
Practical knowledge of Consumer Complaints
Previous experience working with Adjustments
Comprehension of Interpersonal Skills
Comprehensive knowledge of customer service
Adeptness in Microsoft Word
Proficiency in Merchandising
Earlier work involving billing
Microsoft PowerPoint experience highly desired
Background working with Computer Programs
General familiarity with complaints
Resolve Customer Complaints experience highly valued
About Time experience required
Written Communication experience highly preferred
Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently
Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research
- Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
Strong computer skills including customer database systems
