Robert Half Human Resources Administrator in Phoenix, Arizona

Description We are looking to hire a Human Resources Administrator for our team based in Phoenix, Arizona. As part of a wood and furniture manufacturing industry, you will be in charge of various administrative tasks that help ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing activities, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time.

• Assist with the administration of employee benefits and ensure there are no discrepancies.

• Coordinate with branch representatives for the new hire process, including setting up systems and sending credentials.

• Handle onboarding paperwork for new hires and carry out repetitive administrative tasks.

• Pull reports from systems for governmental reporting and EEOC reports.

• Carry out auditing processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.

• Conduct background checks as part of the hiring process.

• Assist with the administration of ADP Workforce Now and other related systems.

• Contribute to the maintenance of an efficient and organized work environment.

• Handle inquiries and issues related to human resources and provide necessary solutions. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Experience with Ceridian and Concur

• Knowledge of About Time tool

• Proven experience in Auditing

• Ability to conduct Background Checks

• Experience with Benefit Functions

• Knowledge and understanding of Compliance in HR

• Prior experience in the Wood & Furniture Manufacturing industry is a plus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Relevant degree or certification in Human Resources or related field.
