Partnering with Operations and Finance Teams, the Sales Incentive Program Sr. Manager will work within the Worldwide Sales Planning & Incentives Team to support semi-annual incentive plan design, process optimization, issue resolution and analytics activities. This is a worldwide role primarily engaged in supporting the regional teams and core business.
Lead coordination across multiple cross-functional teams on the successful completion of incentive planning initiatives worldwide
Partner with Regional sales operations and business leaders to facilitate alignment between region teams and business units
Drive annual President’s Club program and process
Manage worldwide governance for SPIFs and MBOs
Lead analytics and plan effectiveness efforts to share with key stakeholders and inform incentive design decisions
Support the design of plans that motivate sellers and align with BU & Corporate objectives
Support rollout and communication of semi-annual incentive plans
Focus on unique business problems and continuous process improvement
Resolve complex issues related to all aspects of sales compensation
Support day to day transactional activities supported by Shared Service
Partnership with Sales Operations, Finance and Commission Finance Teams ensuring effective collaboration, communication, and development of solutions
Collaborate on the development and improvement of the Planning and Compensation Tools and Systems.
The ideal candidate should have:
10+ years of experience
Degree in Business Administration or Finance
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
Project Management skills are an advantage
Excellent partnering skills across all levels of the organization
Ability to translate business needs into a set of workable, specific requirements
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Strong problem solving and process management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Enthusiastic with a passion for change and efficiency
Excellent English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate and interact with upper management.
