Responsibilities

SUMMARY - Under the direction of the Manager-Nursing Services and/or Director of Nursing this position coordinates and supervises patient care and employees; directs functioning of assigned units; acts as liaison with physicians patients families and staff. Responsible for daily operational activities of assigned unit(s) including evaluations staff cost containment initiatives daily productivity regulatory compliance patient safety and satisfaction and quality.

Qualifications

MINIMUM

3 years RN experience in Oncology

2 years RN experience in Infusion Therapy

Associates Degree in Nursing Program

RN:AZ License

American Heart Assoication BLS

American Heart Association ACLS

OCN Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider Card

Ability to develop effective working relationships with Physicians, Practice Managers, and a variety of health care professionals and other collaborators

Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills

Able to successfully navigate a matrix organizational structure

PREFERRED

BSN

Project management and performance improvement process such as Lean Six Sigma

training

Pay Range

$40.66 - $58.96 /hour
