Required Skills:

HCM Integration Specialist Responsibilities:

  1. Leverage technical knowledge to create detailed integration specifications, field mappings, and designs to support the entire integration deployment lifecycle for our customized HCM technologies.

  2. Monitor scheduled integrations and develop automated management processes, with a view toward increasing efficiency and effectiveness.

  3. Research integration failures, perform root cause analyses, and report to management.

  4. Develop and execute plans to mitigate and avoid future system issues, with a particular focus on ensuring systems remain agile enough to support quick, exponential growth.

  5. Serve as the subject matter expert on Workday and other HCM technology integrations, providing technical guidance to data engineers and other professionals on best practices for data storage, extraction, and analysis.

  6. Guide and support engineers in the development of custom-built tools on top of Workday's APIs.

  7. Safeguard system access and security, and support system audits in order to drive HR and Payroll Data Quality.

  8. Telecommuting is permitted anywhere in the U.S.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field (foreign equivalent accepted) and 60 months of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or related occupation.

  2. Requires 60 months of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience involving the following:

    1. Implementing solutions with ERP software
    1. Integrating systems with third-party service vendors
    1. At least one full implementation of Workday, demonstrating Workday technical and integrations
    1. Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors
    1. Developing payroll interface or payroll-related integrations
    1. Workday integration testing, AND
    1. Developing Workday custom reports and calculated fields.

Public Compensation:

$186,095/year to $225,390/year + bonus + equity + benefits
