Oversee sales and collections of large institutional and corporate clientele projects. Responsible for managing local dealers (vendors) for uninterrupted supply of products to the customers. Handle customer complaints and approve refunds for damaged products delivered. Carry out project-based accounting to determine sales and commissions to the sales team and vendors. Support Accounting division in proper customer billing, receipts, orders, and inventory control. Prepare quarterly and yearly budgets/targets for sales team; support them in achievement of their target by acting as Liaison between customer and company.
