Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for employees using our payroll software.

  • Calculate and process adjustments, including retroactive pay, bonuses, and commissions.

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues.

  • Assist with payroll audits and other ad hoc projects as needed.

    Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience processing high-volume payroll in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with PeopleSoft or Oracle HCM Cloud.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
