The Supply Chain Planning Systems Leader will partner with our Planner communities, Global Information Technology and Global Planning Center of Excellence Team to advance planning systems utilization across our Global Supply Chain Network including the Manufacturing Sites. Our planning framework is a combination of system/technology, process and people with the data/analytics at the center.

Responsilbities:

PEOPLE

  • Enhancing our system capabilities and our planners' experiences, providing sustainable system solutions, and enabling our planners to effectively & optimally use our demand planning, supply network planning, inventory planning and production planning systems to achieve our business goals and drive the growth.

  • Live with the customer centricity: Understand the planning community's perspective and needs.

  • Drive/Lead sustainable Planner Networks/Communities of Practices to share learnings across the regions. Globally scale-up and leverage the identified/developed planning Best Practices.

  • Support identifying, developing and retaining the planning Subject Matter Experts.

PROCESS

  • Ensure that existing planning practices on the ground are aligned with the Standard Global Processes.

  • Govern the accuracy and completeness of the master data feeding the planning systems. Understand the potential relationships & interactions between the core planning system and the other systems.

  • Involve in planning process reviews and act as a catalyst in leading the change to continually improve planning system capabilities and right system utilization. Continuously seek further Digitization and Automation.

  • Support and guide the Planning Teams in creation and maintenance of the Business Cases and ensure that their business requirements are articulated accurately.

SYSTEMS

  • Support and guide the Planning Teams while resolving the issues/challenges they are facing.

  • Embed the being user-friendly, user-intuitive, easy to learn, sustainable and measurable into the designing planning system solutions.

  • Collaborate with Business & IT partners in developing roadmaps to enhance the system capabilities.

  • Cooperate with Business & IT partners in reviewing & assessing the capabilities of new technologies in the external market.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Information Technology or related technical field.

  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant practical experience in integrated planning and/or planning system solutions.

  • Previous experience with SAP and Advance Planning Systems

  • Having project management and change management experience/exposure.

  • Holistic understanding of E2E Integrated Planning, value chain synchronization and supply chain reinvention​​​​​​​

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on practical experience of S&OP, Demand and Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Production Planning using Kinaxis Advanced Planning Tools.

  • Experience upskilling Planners in new system capabilities and coaching on new processes to improve adoption

  • Implementation experience in configuring and modeling the Supply Chain constraints in Kinaxis Capacity Planning and Demand Planning including forecast consumption, forecast disaggregation and Statistical Forecasting and Network Inventory Optimization.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range $144,000.00 - $163,000.00 USD

Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.

Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable benefits plans then in effect, all salaried employees are also eligible for a competitive benefits package which includes:

  • Insurance: Employees (and their eligible dependents) are eligible to participate in Company-sponsored Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment and Disability insurance plans.

  • Retirement Plans: Employees are eligible to enroll in Colgate's 401(k) plan, which provides for company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements

  • Vacation/PTO: Employees receive a minimum of 15 days of vacation/PTO leave annually

  • Paid Holidays: Employees receive a minimum of 13 paid/floating holidays annually

  • Paid Sick Leave: Based on location and consistent with applicable state and local law, employees receive a minimum of 40 hours of paid sick leave on January 1st of each year

  • Paid Parental Leave: Eligible employees may take up to eight weeks of paid parental leave and 12 weeks of unpaid leave (varies for employees with fewer than 12 months of service and is subject to hours worked requirements)
