We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Compliance and Control II to join our Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC), Quality Assurance (QA) team. This role is located in Pittsburgh/PA, or Lake Mary/FL - HYBRID (3 days/week in office). In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Perform QA testing on FCC Process (i.e.: closed investigations of alerts) Support identifying areas of risk, provide insightful and objective observations to QA Management on the quality and effectiveness of the execution of FCC processes. Support QA management in documentation and administration of various FCC QA Program materials. Assists with analyses of control processes to ensure they are in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 1-3 years' experience in AML/Compliance/Risk/Financial Crimes in a financial institution is preferred. Knowledge of compliance monitoring and testing methodologies for adherence to applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies is preferred. Strong skills in MS Office products, specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word. At BNY Mellon, our inclusive culture speaks for itself.
