DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: The Impact You'll Make in this Role  * As a CI/CD engineer on the CDS team, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:  * Leading the effort to improve CI/CD and test automation for the development of the backend server behind our suite of speech products  * Ensuring quick turnaround time for high quality releases  * Maintaining code used in API and application testing

Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:  * Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 2 years of CI/CD experience on a large Linux based backend

OR  * High School Diploma/GED from AND 6 years of CI/CD experience on a large Linux based backend

AND In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:  * 2 years of object-oriented programming on large code bases (C#, java ..)  * 1 year of AWS (setting up and configuring EKS/EC2/RDS/S3)  * 1 year working with SQL

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:  * Experience with TestRail, Jira, Docker, SOAP/Rest, Postman  * Experience programming in Python  * Experience with performance testing, security testing, security sensitive applications

Work location:  * Remote OR Hybrid (Pittsburgh)  * Travel - May include uoto 10%

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $95,825 - $117,120, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
