CornerStone Consulting Group, Inc. Customer Service Representative - greater Pittsburgh or Harrisburg area in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
We are looking for multiple candidates that are interested in a Customer Service position. These positions would receive inbound calls dealing with healthcare insurance. Must have excellent phone skills and verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Must be able to multi-task and be very organized. Huge plus if have experience working in a call center environment. Must have high speed home internet access.
These positions are remote. However, candidates must live in the near Pittsburgh or Camp Hill areas to be able to come into the office 1-2 times per quarter for meetings. Training will be provided and the start date is Monday, 2/26. These are Monday-Friday 40 hour/week positions. Must be able work any shift between 8:00am-8:00pm - including an 11:30am-8:00pm shift. These are potential consult-to-hire positions with an excellent company. The pay is $18/hour. Please only apply if you are eligible to work for any employer in the U.S. on a permanent basis.
