Job Description

Insight Global is currently hiring an Interviewer for on our of clients in Pittsburg, PA. Our client is a Pennsylvania based marketing and management service firm who provides high-quality services to a diverse array of clients including public, private, and non-profit. Our client provides professional services in data collection, marketing, and management support to local community organization, engineering firms, government agencies, and more. The ideal candidate will come from a customer service background and obtains strong communication skills. The Interviewer will be performing surveys by speaking to travelers at the Greater Pittsburg International Airport. Interviewers will speak with travelers to ask for survey participation and be on stand-by if participants have questions or need assistance with the surveys.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Ability to successfully complete the required interviewer training

  • Ability to move through airport security and airport terminals carrying one or more iPad tablets

  • Ability to speak with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences.

  • Ability to work with other interviewers to keep track of and complete a certain number of surveys.

Skills and Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service, administrative support, or other relevant experience * Associate or Bachelor's degree null
