Laboratory Research Technician I-Badylak Lab Job Summary
Performs laboratory testing and some analysis on multiple types of specimen samples. Operates and properly sterilizes equipment and maintains inventory and assists with ordering.
Essential Functions
Required to undertake a variety of laboratory procedures of technical nature. Will be handling sensitive equipment to analyze samples or substances and conduct tests reporting findings to a laboratory manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with hazardous materials (e.g. pathogens or chemicals).
Physical Effort
Mostly sedentary. May require lifting up to 25 lbs.
