We're seeking a future team member for the role of Network L2 Support Engineer to join our TSG Production Services team. This role is in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary/FL. (2-3 days in office required). Candidate must reside within a commutable distance to this work location, as we are unable to accommodate 100% virtual work arrangements. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Provide support and manage the bank network infrastructure components such as router, switches, wireless, firewalls, web proxies, load-balancers and DNS. Resolve faults and failures. Lead root cause analysis and apply necessary solutions. Subject matter expert on Routing, Cisco ACI, and Cisco NDFC. Implement a range of network changes, minor to major, across the BNY infrastructure. Act as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for any technical type of queries.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Extensive hands-on implementation and troubleshooting experience across network technology products. Experience with monitoring, diagnostic and analytics tools to troubleshoot network issues and problems. Solid understanding with BGP routing protocol. Solid understanding with QoS, end-to-end performance and fine tuning. Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred. 8 - 10 years of related infrastructure experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
