In this role, you have the opportunity to

Lead large-scale, critical performance improvements when/where required, e.g. business processes, problem-solving and business management.

You are responsible for

  • Develop and manage Sleep and Respiratory Care (SRC) Performance KPIs, Analytics and collaborate with SRC Leadership Team members and KPI owners to achieve target performance levels. Develop, manage, and produce standard reports to assist in decision making by leadership.

  • Communicate and deploy end-to-end Performance Management, from Strategy and Hoshin through Daily Management, Problem-solving and process improvements.

  • Assist SRC Business Transformation (BT) Leader with development and implementation of overall SRC Performance Management strategy. Ensure SRC Business Group strategy is the starting point for Performance Management.

  • Lead the SRC Leadership Team Daily Management Meetings and manage the Daily Management Board (KPIs, Problem-solving, etc). Set agenda, arrange pre-reads, and deliver minutes and action items. Facilitate LT members in closure and tracking of all action items.

  • Assist SRC Business Transformation Leader with development and implementation of overall Performance Management portfolio strategy. Ensure SRC Business Group strategy is reflected in the portfolio.

  • Lead SRC Monthly Performance Review Performance (MPR) KPI preparations, including ExCo Dashboard and MPR KPIs. Obtain timely performance data, share with KPI owners and data providers, drive effective commentary, problem-solving and performance improvement.

  • Lead BT Team Daily Management meetings, ensure KPIs and performance data readiness, drive problem-solving and performance improvement

  • Work closely with SRC CI/Lean leader to develop, strengthen and deploy Lean/CI and Program Management capabilities

You are a part of

a dynamic team within the Sleep and Respiratory organization, reporting directly to the Business Transformation Leader.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor Degree, i.e. Engineering, Science of Finance are preferred

  • Experience developing, strengthening and deploying Lean/Continuous Improvement and Program Management capabilities

  • Experience with performance management frameworks, or knowledge of planning, execution and reporting processes and metric

  • Consulting skills, ability to influence senior leaders and teams

  • Healthcare experience, preferred.
