We're seeking a future team member for the role of Sanctions List Management Senior Associate to join our Enterprise Sanctions Control Assurance team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL- Hybrid Work Model. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Performs mandatory Regulatory, Sanctions and Internal list management updates completed daily. Performs all list update quality assurance and reconciliation procedures per policy to ensure all control steps are completed and meeting procedure and policy guidelines Maintain responsibility for ongoing enhancements of vendor provided watchlists to identify missing or outdated entries on an ongoing basis. Implementing new, updated, or modified entries to vendor provided sanctions list. Partner with Operations and Compliance partners to ensure appropriate approvals are received and documented for any sanctions list changes. Complete quality control reviews of all activities involved in list updates to all sanctions filter systems. Maintain records of sanctions screening list updates, quality reviews, and list update/upload approvals in accordance with applicable recordkeeping and record retention requirements. Support general sanctions operations activities and other duties, as needed. Support audit/validation requests for the filter and alert monitoring systems To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Knowledge of LexisNexis Bridger and Fircosoft systems are a plus. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred. 3-5 years of work experience 1 or more years of Sanctions experience At BNY Mellon, our inclusive culture speaks for itself.
