Experienced Manager primarily focused on employee expectations; Responsible for managing personnel, deliverables and execution of department goals; identifies, supports and leads strategic organizational priorities. Manages and directs the daily work of their team to ensure on-time quality of customer requirements and achievement of business goals. Develops strategic direction for the team by collaborating with Sr. leaders.

• Multi-discipline and more strategic with broader scope and complexity of responsibility, broadly focused on organizational priorities, manager of leaders.

• Overall strategy for alignment of the business.

• May be a technical leader.

• Advance knowledge of business acumen.

• Maintains performance mgt responsibilities for employees under purview and directs staffing and organizational structure, coaching/mentoring, employee relations and promotional decisions.

• May have budget responsibilities

• Facilitate the development of Offer Releases with the team and present the OR when required

• Manage the workload of the team through the use of MS Dynamics

• Develop strategy to execute opportunities with the team during the development of the proposal

Salary range:

$91,500.00 - $164,500.00
