As a Senior Field Service Supervisor at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of our building automation systems. You will lead a dynamic team dedicated to delivering top-notch service to our clients, contributing to the seamless operation of smart buildings, and championing Honeywell's commitment to excellence. In addition to effective leadership, you will be responsible for customer satisfaction and fulfilling our commitments as outlined in our service agreement contracts. You will be responsible for overseeing orders, revenue, profit generation, and the day-to-day operations of the field service team.
You will report directly to our Senior Field Service Manager, and you will support our clients in Pittsburgh, PA and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain customer satisfaction and providing solutions to any issues that may arise
Enhance service levels by identifying opportunities for system upgrades, spotting service needs, and maintenance contract additions
Ensure the teams delivery of services are on time, within scope, and within budget
Provide feedback to technicians based on performance metrics, customer satisfaction, profitability, and process compliance
Ensure availability of tools, equipment, and materials while controlling inventory
Lead, manage, and implement policy compliance, processes, protocols, service tools, and best business practices
Control contract renewal opportunities or contract escalations as needed
Participate in Risk Reviews prior to job quotes to ensure labor estimated are correct and the work is within scope and achievable
Develop relationships with local sub-contractors to ensure resources are available as needed
Ensure a safe and healthy work environment through effective communication, training, and continuous improvement
Deliver Annual operating plan monthly, quarterly, and annually to leadership

YOU MUST HAVE:
Experience managing a team and executing to hit forecasted financial goals
Proven track record of providing world class customer support
Ability to be flexible and work in a dynamic environment
WE VALUE:
Experience within the Building Automation, Fire, Security, or HVAC industries
Strong work ethic and demonstrated initiative
Ability to work within and lead a multi-disciplinary team
Knowledge of completing Profit/Loss reports
Estimation experience with the CPQ tool
