Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are currently looking for Maintenance Technicians to join our team on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts (Growth and New Facility coming soon). In this role, you will work in both reactive and preventative maintenance functions, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues within the plant. You will use basic hand tools for repairs, with any specialty tools provided by the company.

Shifts & Pay - Currently have all tech levels on various shifts available

Technician levels depends on skills, interview, and prior experience as an industrial technician

• Tech I ($28-$32)

• Tech II ($32-$37)

• Tech III ($37-$42)

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.

• Perform preventative maintenance tasks.

• Use basic hand tools and specialty tools provided by the company.

• Work with 480V 3-phase electrical systems.

• Read and interpret schematics.

• Maintain and repair conveyor systems, simple hydraulics, lifts, and grinders.

• Operate and troubleshoot PLCs.

• Handle inputs and outputs in control systems.
