  • Proactively flag risks and dependencies early and facilitate discussions regarding sequencing and prioritization to ensure the right work is completed efficiently and effectively.

  • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure new products and features are released successfully, feedback is gathered, and post-roll-out implementation is executed (PDCA).

  • Coordinate and manage the budget for the domain by working with FP&A and OCIO.

  • Organize domain ceremonies (i.e. Scrum of Scrums, Product Sync, etc.), facilitate planning meetings at appropriate program increments (i.e. “Big Room Planning”), and engage TFS subject matter experts to drive the domain’s ability to build the right thing, build it right, and build it efficiently.

  • Represent the Domain in various engagements while attending conferences, genchi genbutsu, etc. to ensure a thorough understanding of evolving customer needs/preferences, potential markets/segments, competitive landscape, and emerging trends/solutions to support the domain strategy.

The successful candidate will demonstrate, for factory leaders, how to leverage product roadmap planning tools such as Jira Align and support the Technical and Data Owner by reinforcing quality throughout the software development lifecycle. They will champion modern software development practices such as build and deployment automation, unit test code coverage, test environment management, and active involvement of Risk Lead(s).

They will collaborate with other DOOs to share best practices and elevate capabilities and coach teams on how to build a trusting and safe environment. The DOO will build a culture that promotes transparency, flexibility, and innovation.
