Robert Half EDI Analyst in Plano, Texas

Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an EDI Analyst in Plano, Texas. The role will involve working with large sets of data, troubleshooting, and performing audits. The successful candidate will be the technical counterpart to the client manager, understanding specifications from carriers and having strong benefit knowledge. This role is within the telecom provider industry.


• Work with large sets of data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data analysis

• Act as a technical counterpart to the client manager, providing reliable and effective solutions

• Understand and interpret specifications from carriers to ensure efficient business processes

• Utilize knowledge of benefits in the analysis and troubleshooting of carrier files

• Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards

• Use Database and EDI Transaction skills to manage and analyze electronic data interchange processes

• Apply knowledge of EO/IR systems and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning in work functions

• Utilize Fi, AB Testing, and Business Process Functions skills to optimize operations

• Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Document for reference and future needs

• Use Configuration Management and Design skills to manage and create system designs

• Leverage proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data organization and presentation

• Use Data Analysis skills to interpret complex data and make informed business decisions. Requirements • Proficiency in Database management and EDI Transaction

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems

• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Knowledge of Fi and AB Testing

• Ability to understand and implement Business Process Functions

• Capability to produce and interpret Business Requirement Document

• Skill in Configuration Management and Design

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Ability to perform Data Analysis

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
