A Typical Day

The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for the maintenance of office equipment, physical space for a building or group of buildings in a similar geographic area. As the Coordinator , you will handle building-equipment emergencies on an ongoing basis and serve as a liaison between company employees and outside contractors called in to fix problems.

The Facilities Coordinator will:

  • Schedule preventative maintenance, respond to urgent maintenance calls and participate in the creation of emergency preparedness plans

  • Review furniture needs and ensures the office supply and kitchen areas are being stocked

  • Work in an administrative assistant capacity in addition to maintenance coordination

  • Manage local facilities programs

  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned

  • Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values

What You’ll Bring

  • High School Diploma / GED

  • 1+ years of relevant work experience

  • Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office

  • Experience working in facilities, project management or real estate prior preferred

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:

  • Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role

  • Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role

  • Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role

Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
