A Fortune 50 client is looking for a Product and Planning Lead within the Supply Planning Solutions domain to oversee their Small Markets within their Global IBP Product Management team. This role is focused on driving small market implementations and will own the technical solution delivery of Small Market IBP solutions including both functional and technical aspects. This includes defining a pilot starting in November that is cost effective and then deploying across other Small Markets. You will be responsible for working cross functionally with IBP process, adoption, data and other teams to deliver cost effective IBP solution for a small markets for this organization. This role is centered around someone knowing the business process for Integrated Sales & Operations Execution (iS&OP) and Integrated Sales & Operations Planning within O9 (preferred) and can facilitate this process. The Product & Planning lead will have to adapt to the dynamic needs of the business and ensure IBP is positioned to drive optimal business value. This includes balancing the development of a global small market product vs. local market needs. This position is heavily focused on O9 process knowledge, change management, stakeholder management, and identifying tools to support Integrated Sales & Operations Execution (iS&OP) and Integrated Sales & Operations Planning. This position requires someone to be local to Hyderabad and work between the hours of 11am IST to 10 PM IST. This role will require travel - candidate must have a valid passport.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of IBP, Supply/Production Planning domain expertise

5+ years of Project Management experience that includes leading project teams and working with cross-functional and/or extended teams in a highly-matrixed environment

Understanding Integrated Sales & Operations Execution (iS&OP) and Integrated Sales & Operations Planning processes

Hands-on functional and technical experience and architecture knowledge in supply planning solutions o9, Blue Yonder, SAP, or JDA o9 preferred

Any experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) experience

Experience in understanding and defining complex customer requirements and shaping them into solutions customer centric mindset

Ability to operate effectively in matrix environment in global capacity

Able to seamlessly transition between visionary/strategic focus and hands-on getting things done

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to influence and demonstrate confidence in communications with senior level management

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail

Positive and flexible attitude to enable adjusting to different needs in an ever-changing environment

Bachelors degree 5+ years of IBP, Supply/Production Planning domain expertise
