As an Analytics Solutions Sr. Associate on the Instrumentation & Metrics (I&M) team, you will beresponsible for end to end development of data visualizations and dashboards in Tableau, ad-hoc analytics support for the Payments products organization. You will guide the team on best practices and techniques.

The Instrumentation & Metrics (I&M) team reports into the Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) Payments Transformation organization. The mission is to liberate our people from manual, inefficient, tedious activities through automation and by transforming how we see and understand data. By using the latest innovative software, we employ data visualization techniques to navigate the storyline, generate the right insights, and answer questions quickly.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop interactive dashboards

  • Analyze cross line of business relationships and impacts,

  • Analyze consumer behaviors and the impact of the economy and competition on our business

  • Develop, manage, and maintain Merchant Services line of business

  • Collaborate with Finance, Information Technology, and other groups to ensure the infrastructure fully meets business and ongoing reporting requirements

  • Effectively manage various projects through varying stages of the project lifecycle

  • Translate ambiguous business problems into a conceptual analytical/technical solution

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years developing complex dashboards and data visualizations

  • 3+ years' experience in data management projects with financial data

  • Experience with advanced analytics and data extracting tools

  • Working knowledge of relational/big data databases

  • Strong technical and analytical background with a focus on joining business operations and financial metrics from multiple data sources

  • Experience inheriting existing projects/processes and onboarding quickly applying efficient modifications where needed

  • Experience with Alteryx Designer with the ability to develop workflows, macros, and analytical apps

  • Experience with Tableau/Qlikview/Thoughtspot with ability to build analytic solutions/dashboards for user/stakeholder interaction

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience with SQL, Python, PySpark, Regex with the ability extract data

  • Experience with GIT & Jira

  • Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, HIVE and other Big Data Technologies with exposure to database structures in order to connect and leverage data
