SHELL VALLEY CLASSIC WHEELS INC Parts Assistant in PLATTE CENTER, Nebraska
[[Roth Racing Performance, Inc. is seeking a candidate that is highly motivated, organized and who enjoys hands-on working environment to assist our Parts Manager with sales and inventory control in our part's department. This position is full-time from 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Wage starts at $50,000/yr and is based on prior work experience. - Assistcustomers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional and efficient manner
- Update parts pricing daily/weekly as parts come into inventory to ensure the maximum gross profit margin is received
- Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other necessary information to complete a sale ensuring that all parts are prepared and ready for shipment in a timely manner
- Pulland fillorders from stock andassist in preparing packages for a timely shipment
- Notifyparts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention
- Followup on back ordered parts
- Verifywill-call and back-order files weekly and returns to vendors or stocks those items not picked up or required
- Replenish assigned inventory daily
- Issues credit for parts returned, ensuring that the original invoice, or its number, is available so that purchase and pricing can be verified
- Keepaccurate records of all repair orders, build orders, invoices and special-order parts
- Monitorcomputer inventory system for high and low usage items to optimize warehouse parts storage
- Works with Accounting Department to ensure that all paperwork is accurate and tuned in on a timely basis
- Conduct annual inventory audit
- Establish and foster relationships with outside sales representatives, vendors and parts suppliers
- Works to independently learn the HP Software program to ensure it is utilized at the fullest capacity
- Maintains professional appearance
- Keeps counter areas clean and uncluttered
