AGC HEAT TRANSFER INC Lead Assembly Associate in PLEASANT PRAIRIE, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Lead Assembly Associate will perform a wide range of tasks in the service and maintenance of heat exchanger plates. Some of the responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Position Responsibilities Material handling (using overhead crane, hoists, forklift, pallet jack and electric pallet jack) Operate power washer to clean plates and equipment Safely use small tools and equipment to complete daily tasks. Use chemical dip tanks to clean plates Perform visual quality inspections of customer\'s plates Apply rubber gaskets to customer\'s plates Accurately count and record parts and equipment Prepare plate packs for shipping Actively participate in continuous safety and production improvement efforts. Lead team in absence of Shop Manager Some travel for onsite service or training as needed. Other duties as assigned. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 2+ years\' experience in production environment preferred. High School Diploma or GED required. Technical/Trade school preferred. Detail oriented (counting and recording, reading drawings, following an SOP) Mechanically Inclined (small tools, wood working, basic maintenance) Flexible and willing to work on a wide range of tasks. Good computer skills; Familiar with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) Wear all appropriate PPE. Ability to follow safety rules and the 5s principles of a work environment.
