We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead and optimize our printing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and growth.
Position Overview: As the Operations Director at, you will be a key leader responsible for overseeing and enhancing our printing operations. You will manage a team, implement process improvements, and drive operational excellence to meet our clients' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with our company's objectives and customer demands.
Oversee all aspects of printing operations, from pre-press to post-press, to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
Team Management:
Lead, inspire, and mentor a talented team of production managers, press operators, and support staff.
Set clear performance goals and provide ongoing training and support.
Process Optimization:
Identify opportunities to enhance print production processes and increase operational efficiency.
Implement cutting-edge technologies and best practices in the printing industry.
Quality Assurance:
Maintain and improve quality control systems to meet or exceed industry standards.
Ensure that products meet clients' specifications and expectations.
Budget Management:
Manage the printing department budget, controlling expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Identify opportunities for cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
Equipment Maintenance:
Oversee the maintenance and performance of printing equipment to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.
Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for equipment servicing and repairs.
Customer Satisfaction:
Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are addressed promptly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in, business, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in an operations management role.
Strong knowledge of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) and ISO Standards
Experience with ISO certification processes and audit preferred
Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma initiatives
Strong leadership and team management skills. .
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
