US&C Finance Manager

We are looking for a talented, committed, and dynamic leader to assume the role of US&C Finance Manager, based in Mexico City.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for US&C Finance team. Position reports directly to Americas Finance Director.

  • Understand the contractual commitments to identify, analyze and resolve potential business risks, as well as opportunities and solutions to enhance business performance.

  • Develop high-quality and effective working client relationships across the US&C region.

  • Lead a team to deliver accurate and trustable financial information and translate it into recommendations for executive decision-making.

  • Support compliance with all local government, legislations and company regulations, policies, and procedures with the highest standards of financial integrity.

  • Lead the development of consistent processes and metrics; perform ad-hoc requests and analysis, supporting continuous improvement activities. Focus on process improvements / automation.

  • Facilitate financial and business review meetings with multiple stakeholders.

  • Provide management and direction for individuals through developmental guidance and performance evaluation, ensuring team effectiveness and efficient performance.

Skills and Experience

  • Financial planning such as Budget and Forecasts

  • Month end report and analysis

  • Understanding of Account payable & Account receivable

  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

  • Problem solving, decision making and strategic thinking.

  • Strong business partnership and collaboration.

  • Strong verbal and written communication in Spanish & English

  • Deep knowledge in Excel and GSheets
