We are looking for motivated team members to join our highly energetic inside sales group. We are a major dental manufacturing company in the orthodontic industry. The ideal candidate is personable, self-starter, have a strong work ethic, and be results driven. Work well as part team and have ability to work independently. Embrace individuality, have ability to encourage new ideas and support one another to meet sales goals and objectives. As a team member you must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where learning and developing a strong sales acumen are an important part of company culture.
Team members will develop daily workflow with territory specific strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans; along with developing and maintaining lasting relationships with each account. He/she will balance business retention, business expansion and new account cultivation to drive revenue growth.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. May be assigned as needed to duties not listed here. Any special instructions required will be issued at the time of assignment.
Team members sell Ormco products and solutions required to meet and/or exceed assigned quotes and goals.
Primary focus is to win, expand and retain Ormco business within each assigned account.
Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
Assist customers through email, order inquiries, phone and webinar presentations.
Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing customers.
Have the discipline for multiple customer touch points throughout the day.
Be effective and comfortable working in an outbound call capacity environment.
Handle and overcome objections.
Develop a trusted advisor and resource-based relationship with customers.
Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product.
Responsible for working with Customer Care team to onboard and integrate new customers.
Ensures customers receive product orders, support information and service in a timely fashion.
Influence doctor and staff to purchase and commit to using Ormco and AOA products.
Collaborate and coordinate with Regional Managers and Outside Territory Managers on account
maintenance and growth.
Be knowledgeable of competitors and new products in the market.
Consistently works to improve personal knowledge and sales skills to add greater value to all Ormco customers, potential customers.

Proven selling and customer relationship and territory management skills with the ability to navigate a sales process, maintaining existing relationships, and building in-roads into new/competitive accounts
Ability to effectively manage assigned accounts in terms of driving utilization, customer relationship management, problem resolution, and business and territory planning
Proven effective verbal, computer, written and presentation/communication skills
Demonstrates ability of critical and agile thinking
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM (SF.com or Dynamics)
High School diploma/GED or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2+ plus years of related industry experience, which includes a successful track record in customer relationship and account management in the appropriate industry segment
College Degree- Marketing, Finance, Accounting - and/or/education/experience equivalence
Strong clinical and technical knowledge, with the confidence to knowledgably engage customers, preferred
Professional presence that influences desired results with both external and internal stakeholders
Strong emotional intelligence
Ability to quickly adapt and respond to job, environmental, and industry changes
