Description

We are in search of a proficient Sales Support Specialist to work in Coral Springs, Florida. The role entails servicing customers through inbound and outbound calls, handling new customer enrollments, and managing repeat order opportunities professionally. You will be required to identify customer needs, respond appropriately to inquiries, and maintain accurate records in our internal systems.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with leads from different departments to facilitate necessary follow-ups and product offerings

• Place outbound calls in response to customer inquiries as documented on correspondence or other approved marketing leads

• Investigate and resolve issues regarding a customer’s order, communicating the outcome to the customer when necessary

• Maintain all pertinent records in our internal systems following Corporate Compliance Guidelines

• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of company policies, procedures, and skills required to perform job duties

• Demonstrate proficiency and knowledge of the company’s product offerings

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and/or coworkers

• Possess a skilled typing ability and knowledge of personal computers, hardware, software, and related applications and systems

• Support the Department’s Leadership Team in achieving departmental goals through task completion and continued training

• Be flexible in scheduling to meet the changing business requirements of the position

• Follow all safety practices and set a positive example for coworkers by observing and adhering to all Departmental and Corporate Policies and/or Procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Sales Support or similar role

• Proficiency in handling Call Center Customer Service tasks

• Demonstrable Customer Service skills and experience

• Familiarity with DME - Durable Medical Equipment

• Solid understanding of Sales principles and customer service practices

• Experience with Outbound Sales and Inbound Sales

• Proficiency in Spanish Language is a requirement

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Proficiency in using computer software and online platforms for sales and customer service

• Must be a team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
