IT Sr. Technical Service Delivery Lead for Stryker Corporation responsible for design, configuration and testing activities for a specific platform team and/or corresponding set of applications. Responsible for the delivery of approved projects through the project management framework. Produce detailed technical documents, configure and/or develop within the assigned applications and understand the overall design and architecture of a platform and deliver the end to end technical solution. Play a key role in transitioning the knowledge of the new/enhanced capabilities (including technical aspects) to the Service Delivery Team(s). Perform activities following internal Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) framework and processes: technical design, development, testing and delivery of solutions for release cycles and/or new projects within a Shared Service Platform/application stack. Identify opportunities to improve the systems process flow, performance and technical efficiencies. Support the business and recommend/provide holistic solutions that integrate the existing technical standards with the business needs and processes. Recommend approaches to optimize/tune systems performance. Develop both system and technical documentation. Work with other teams along with business teams to deliver business solutions. Partner with Business Analysts in understanding system requirements and translating into solutions within an application and/or application stack. Provide guidance and mentoring to other Solution Leads and Solution Analysts within the team or same project/program. Financial focus on delivering activities on budget, leveraging time on value-driven activities and ensuring external resources meet contractual deliverable.

Requires: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus six (6) years of experience performing customer relationship management (CRM) software development using APEX and administration of CRM applications. Or, alternatively, a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus four (4) years of experience performing customer relationship management (CRM) software development using APEX and administration of CRM applications. Specific skills/other requirements - Must also possess the following (quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section): experience developing and delivering enterprise software applications; experience leading service delivery and development teams; and experience working in ITIL framework and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process.
