Aerotek Material Handler - $22/hr - Day Shift in Portland, Oregon

Job Title: Material Handler

PAY RATE - $22/HR

SHIFT - DAY SHIFT

Job Description

  • Join our team as a Material Handler, where you will be responsible for sorting and organizing metals for processing.

  • Your duties will include operating forklifts, front end loaders, and other heavy equipment. You will also be responsible for unloading and loading trucks, working both in the warehouse and outside in the yard.

  • You will be equipped with rain gear as approximately 50% of the work will be outdoors. Initially, you will start with metal sorting and grading, with opportunities to train in equipment operation based on performance.

  • This role offers a path to operate equipment typically assigned to direct hires.

This is a fully on-site position in Portland, Oregon.
