You will be leading the efforts of supporting the office by taking on various office and administrative tasks as an Administrative Assistant. This Administrative Assistant role is a short-term contract / temporary opportunity and is located in the Post Falls, Idaho area.

Your responsibilities in this role

• Tend to word processing, filing, and faxing duties

• Support a variety of projects for other employees

• Answer telephone calls and return voicemails

• Receive and direct visitors Requirements - Answering Multi-Line Phone System experience

• Deep understanding of Receptionist Duties

• Command of Concierge Services

• Internet research skills

  • Capable computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

• At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred

• Excellent verbal, written, and social skills
