HR Plant Manager, Jankowice/Poznań
(2 years' contract of employment)
In the role of the HR Plant Manager, you will:
Partner with Manufacturing functions in the chocolate Poznań/Jankowice plant (300employees) to collaborate on creating and delivering the functional priorities and plan, providing strategic guidance;
Lead and advise on talent management practices related to workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy planning, leadership development, employee development, career and succession planning and talent mobility, approving job requisitions;
Build end-to-end capabilities that accelerate consumer-centric growth and operational excellence;
Supporting managers with Strategic Talent Reviews, building successions plans and working on development opportunities;
Manage trade unions relations and provide guidance to HR to ensure successful implementation of labor policies and compliance with laws and agreements;
Consult on overhead management.
What you need to be successful:
Strong track record in the HR area/people agenda
Broad generalist HR skills gained ideally in a complex international organization (production plant preferably);
Experience in change and project management;
Independent, well-organized with ability to challenge stakeholders;
Good at developing strong partnerships with function leaders;
Ability to engage, inspire, and influence people;
Experience in Lean Manufacturing plant will be an asset
Future focused by thinking ahead and anticipating new opportunities, leverages an outside in perspective through understanding of market trends;
Fluency in Polish and solid communicative English language skills.
The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland .
