About the role
The EMEA Supply Chain Productivity, Manager is responsible to drive strategic and productivity programs across the EMEA businesses with our factory and service entities in addition to partnering with our global commodity, logistics, and network optimization teams. This role will be responsible to drive strategic initiatives (Low Cost Sourcing, Make vs Buy, SIOP, supplier performance) and to forecast productivity improvements by month and by entity working with the metric owners. This role will work on current year initiatives in addition to building the pipeline of projects to support subsequent years.

Requirements
5/7-year experience in Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement.
2/3-year experience in a PMO role.
Experience with digital transformation and business transformation.
Expert in Power-BI, Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with managing global and cross-functional teams.
English fluent.
German fluent is a plus.
Responsibilities
Responsible for cadence with teams to drive progress and idea generation to meet and exceed productivity programs.
Develop close partnership with finance team to provide productivity forecast and connection on EMEA productivity estimates.
Interface with Global Commodity and EMEA Supply Chain teams for project generation and execution on behalf of the sites and services.
Own and develop productivity supply chain roadmap to meet our targets current and future years.
Recommend and implements process improvements in supply chain management.
Responsible for budget planning & control on key parameters contributing to supply chain cost.
Review monthly plans and provides inputs; monitor variances and guides resolution; resolve escalations with cross-functional teams.
