The Opportunity

For our Abbott Nutrition Division ANI we are currently looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join our great commercial team in Czechia and Slovakia.

The successful candidate will become a part of a dynamic marketing team in Central Europe region. The position is a combination of a an in-house role and field-based activities, with regular travelling across assigned territory (25% of time).

What You'll do:

  • Develop and implement strategically innovative marketing programs and promotional campaigns to grow, including marketing materials, activities and messages.

  • Monitor product and market performance, identifying critical performance areas and creating programs to address them.

  • Forecast market and product performance, provide input for Plans/Updates and new product launches.

  • Administration (expense reports, approvals, budget review, highlights).

  • Analyzing the target audience (KOL targeting and segmentation) and correlation with their sales potential.

  • Project participation and their influential capacity to optimize CPM resources.

  • Regularly visiting targeted KOLs according to business needs and Cycle strategy.

  • Cooperation with Sales team, lead Sales Representatives through all phases of projects implementation and development.

  • Sales meetings preparation for designated therapeutic areas (Cycle Meetings strategy and tactics including Sales team training and launch kits).

  • Understand market dynamics thoroughly to identify current and future areas of opportunity.

  • Monitoring and analyzing of IMS data on regular basis.

  • Forecasting future sales trends to ensure optimal stock levels.

Required qualifications and background:

  • University degree (medical, life science, nutrition or marketing/business related field preferred).

  • Experience in marketing or sales within a pharmaceutical, medical or nutrition industry is highly desired.

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must.

  • Native Czech/Slovak.

  • Ability to use and understand the larger business context to more effectively complete work and prioritizes own work to focus on customer and department needs.

  • Ability to proactively identify work issues/obstacles, communicate them to leaders/peers and create appropriate contingency plans.

  • Ability to use experience, data, and/or internal/external customer input to create better work solutions.

  • Ability to identify and implement process/product improvements that benefit the company and customers.

  • Excellent listening and communication skills.

  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to present arguments, discuss.

  • Pro-active approach, ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
