Oracle NetSuite is reinventing the engagement model for our growing installed base of valued Customers and Partners. Specifically, the Advanced Customer Support (ACS) offering has been created to provide an umbrella subscription service that ensure functional and technical ERP sustainment to drive continuous NetSuite improvement. ACS goal is to maximize the value of customer Oracle NetSuite investment by optimizing the performance of customer solution to its highest capability on an ongoing basis. This applies to all industries, modules and scale of customer accounts.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

As a trusted advisor, ERP consultant, provides functional consulting and managed services including:

• Optimization of NetSuite ERP solutions, by configuring of NetSuite accounts and automating Customers’ business processes

• Business requirements discovery and design reviews

• Consultative guidance on NetSuite functionality and leading practices

• Providing guidance on best practices for data migration strategy and testing practices

• Supporting other team members in appropriate use of NetSuite functionality

• Cooperation with technical consultants while delivering customized ERP solutions to NetSuite clients

• Building a long-term relationship with customers from C-level executives to front-line administrators with credibility and confidence to be the trusted ERP advisor

Qualifications/Skills:

• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in:

o Implementation of ERP or CRM projects under functional consultant, administrator or end-user role

o Working with Cloud providers in issue and escalation management

o Working in accounting and controller capacity

• Understanding of Verticals and main business principles is required

• Expertise in one of the industries is required (Wholesale and Distribution, Software and Services, WMS and Manufacturing)

• Expertise with Oracle’s NetSuite ERP modules is desired, or at least one of another ERP is a must

• Understanding of integration, data migration and customization concepts and approach

• Strong analytical and communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation skills

• Ability to be self-directed, multi-task, and lead others with minimal supervision

• Ability to travel modestly as appropriate
