What you will do

The Talent Access Trainer is responsible for coordinating subject matter expert reviews of Talent Access training materials and identifying training needs within the Talent Access function. You will also conduct training on standard programs and distribute periodic updates and reports to management:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver engaging and interactive training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of talent access professionals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address training needs, and design and implement effective solutions.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, skills and best practices in talent access training, and incorporate them into training programs.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.

  • Lead the development of training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.

  • Develop and implement new training programs to meet the needs of the organization

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials

  • Evaluate and update existing training procedures & policies

  • Maintain relationships with outside training consultants and companies

  • Identify and address departmental training needs and job-specific requirements

  • Provide periodic updates, reports, and metrics to management

  • Review and improve the content and flow of existing training programs

  • Deliver training on standard programs to employees

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field

  • 0-2 years of experience in talent access or related field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.

  • Experience designing and delivering training programs, with a focus on interactive and engaging micro-learning experiences.

  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Ability to deliver effective training to employees.

Desired Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing training programs

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with subject matter experts and outside vendors

  • Ability to evaluate and update training procedures, policies, and compliance reports

  • Experience in identifying and addressing departmental training needs and job-specific requirements

  • Strong analytical skills to provide periodic updates, reports, and metrics to management

  • Experience in reviewing and improving the content and flow of existing training programs

  • Proficiency in specialized software knowledge.

  • Advanced skills in related field.
