salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year

shift: Second

work hours: 4 PM - 2:30 AM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Perform startup and shutdown procedures for production line areas.

• Conduct troubleshooting of machinery, focusing on rapid problem-solving to minimize downtime.

• Execute process improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing production efficiency.

• Install and troubleshoot PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) systems.

• Work collaboratively within a team to meet production goals.

• Maintain a focus on safety, adhering strictly to company safety policies and procedures.

• Perform equipment changeovers quickly, efficiently, and safely.

• Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth operation.

• Maintain and repair electrical systems to ensure continuous production.

• Participate in cross-training to gain a comprehensive understanding of plant operations.

• Must be self-proficient and able to work independently with minimal supervision, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
